The South Hill is a truly unique Spokane neighborhood, full of history, character, charm, gorgeous streetscapes, and a community of people dedicated to preserving it's beauty.
When exploring the neighborhood, you can expect to see people walking, riding their bikes, and enjoying one of the many scenic parks. This is Spokane's Cannon Hill Park.
This is Spokane Manito Park, the Duncan Gardens where you can spend hours enjoying flowers of every kind, planted by the labor of love from the Friends of Manito and others.
The South Hill has so many quaint coffee shops, restaurants, and neighborhood hangouts. This is the Rockwood Bakery, a local historic favorite featuring coffee, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and much more. With wireless internet, it's a great spot for business meetings and you just can't beat the ambiance here.
Some of Spokane's top schools are located on the Spokane South Hill including our historic beauty, Lewis and Clark High School which has been featured in Newsweek Magazine for the past 5 years running as one of the nations top high schools. Ferris High School was also featured in Newsweek this past year.

My choice to specialize in Spokane's South Hill as a realtor was not a gimmick or sales scheme. When I left the IT world years ago, I wanted to create a career I was passionate about. You can trust my knowledge and experience in the area because it's a living part of me. I know the South Hill real estate market inside and out.
The South Hill is not just another area of town. It's my passion, the neighborhood where I live, send my children to school, invest my volunteer time, and am intricately involved in its community.
I live on Cannon Hill Park with my husband and two daughters. I'm on the Cannon Hill Historic District Committee where we are actively pursuing historic district status for our neighborhood. I'm a member of the Spokane Preservation Advocates, actively committed to preserving Spokane's history and character. I also volunteer at Wilson elementary where my youngest daughter attends school and my oldest daughter is a proud LC Tiger.
I'm sure we've met walking through the parks, neighborhoods, at Rosauers- grocery shopping. Or maybe we’ve bumped into each other at the Rockwood Bakery or Lindamans, sipping coffee and catching up on the daily events, or celebrating at Lunas, Twigs, Picabu, and Vin Rouge with our families. We've probably stood next to each other singing carols around the bonfire at Cannon Hill Park on Christmas Eve, a timeless tradition. There are so many things to love about our community.
